Organization’s management committee structure to incorporate and promotes sustainability principles:

Royal Aid for Development (ROAD) programmatic operations is managed by an Executive Committee headed by Executive Director with its coordination office in Upper Nile State based at humanitarian Hub in Malakal and field operations in our operation counties.

He/she is responsible for the implementations of the policies established by the board of directors. 

Provides leadership, direction and guidance of Organization’s activities, and reports the programs/project activities on quarterly basis to the Board of directors who are accountable to the (South Sudan General Public) General Assembly .

He/she is primarily responsible for management of the programs and service delivery of the organization, overseeing the daily operation of the organization’s activities. The programs manager is answerable to the Executive Director who is accountable to the Board of Directors. The Program Manager report the project activities to the Executive Director on monthly basis.

They are responsible for the identification and writing of the projects, staff training, monitoring and evaluation of all sector programs/project activities. The sector coordinators receive the project weekly report from the sector project officers on weekly basis and compile it for biweekly report submission to Project Manager.

The Project Field Officer in consultations with the community leaders and Local Area Chief write and submit the project’s weekly report on monthly basis to the Sector Coordinator and Authorities. Project Field Officers are also responsible for i.e. procurement, transportation of materials to the field and for financial accountability to donors and proper keeping and recording of system of all financial matters and monitoring financial matters in the field

They are based in their respective counties and are responsible for general community mobilizations, administration and project field personnel issues and monitoring logistic activities
